When you takeover your new property, we can assist you with the defects check and furnishing of your new property.
Defects check – in the case of an apartment in a new development; Acquest will carry out a defects check and coordinate with the developer to rectify defects (if any).
Rental Market Appraisal to determine rental value
Furnishing and Interior Decorating – Acquest will facilitate furnishing properties that require furnishing including engaging an interior designer if required. Furnishing will include installation of appliances and fittings if required.
We will advertise the property, prepare an inventory and negotiate lease terms on behalf of our clients.
Letting / sourcing tenants – showcasing (professional photoshoot and 3D walkthrough), advertising and promoting the property.
Conducting viewings – viewings will be will be carried out by our rental team

Pre-let cleaning and inspection
Property handover to the tenant and orientation of the condominium or house
We will facilitate any routine maintenance and repairs, service contracts (obtaining, awarding and supervising) and ensure all out-goings on the property are paid on time.
Tenant care – Acquest will handle any reasonable requests or complaints made by the tenant within the purview of managing the property
Insurance – facilitate arranging a suitable insurance policy if the landlord wishes to insure their property
Routine maintenance and repairs – routine maintenance and repairs will be facilitated by Acquest and costs of such routine maintenance and repairs will be borne by landlord.
Outgoings on the property – Acquest will ensure that payments for municipal council rates, condominium fees, sinking funds, utilities, service contracts, insurance payments and cleaning services are paid
Renewals – Acquest will negotiate and coordinate renewals.
Property Takeover – when a tenant is vacating an apartment Acquest will handle the takeover. Acquest will negotiate with the tenant on the necessary deductions
Bi-annual and annual expense statements – Acquest will submit comprehensive statements with corresponding invoices, receipts and proof of expenses. Property overview report including an evaluation of the current rental yield, future rental yield potential, property valuation, and an analysis of all costs incurred including all taxes and applicable fees. This can be generated at the request of the client.
The scale and scope of our services allows us to identify the suitable space, structure leases and negotiate the best terms on behalf of our clients.
Acquest will represent individuals or businesses identify their property requirements and negotiate with the landlord in the best interest of the tenant.
We serve as an intermediary for tenants and will also resolve any tenant-landlord disputes
Acquest will look into what is in the best interest of the tenant, and will handle all negotiations on behalf of the client.
