Acquest will advise the Developer on local real estate market conditions and buyer preferences, to ensure the project is optimally positioned to cater to the target market.

Pre-development advisory

Acquest will conduct a feasibility study on the proposed project to assess the viability of the project in a business perspective.
As projects benefit from infrastructure developments, Acquest provides details of upcoming projects, effects of megapolis and transport developments in relation to proposed developments and evaluates the impact on the project.

Development advisory

Acquest will evaluate the design from inception and advice on  concept, product design, unit mix and positioning and unit design analysis. We will assist with the execution of the project, and can coordinate between multiple stakeholders, review architectural plans, and secure the goals of the client

Project Marketing and Sales

Acquest will formulate the branding and develop the marketing collateral. We bring our real estate perspective when developing marketing material in relation to the target market to reflect the positioning of the project.

Acquest will also provide advice on formulating the right procing structure to maximize sales revenue and achieve the expected sales velocity. We can also handle project sales and administration on behalf of the Developer.
