Junior Executive –  Customer Relations
Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to handle inquiries about properties and services.
  • Manage and resolve client concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to provide a smooth customer experience.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and property inquiries.
  • Provide clients with updated information on property listings, prices, and promotions.
Requirements
  • School leavers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Friendly, polite, and confident in speaking with customers.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
