Content Manager
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that supports the organization's brand identity and business goals.
  • Conducting in-depth research on industry related topics in order to develop original content.
  • Create original and engaging high-quality content for various digital platforms such as social media, website, articles, blogs, advertorials, press releases, flyers, newsletters, reports etc.
  • Be responsible for all content.
  • Create and manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule and timely delivery of content.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using analytics tools to track audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Developing strategies to promote content and increase its reach through social media, email marketing and other distribution channels.
  • Ensuring content adheres to brand guidelines, style guides, and legal requirements.
  • Responsible for hands on interaction within the social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional writing experience especially with digital platforms.
  • Proven experience in content strategy development, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to track and interpret content performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and a passion for driving results.
