Assistant Manager – Customer Relations
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the functions of the Listings Department
  • Motivate and manage the team
Requirements
  • Candidate should be between 30 - 40 years
  • Should be a Degree or Diploma holder or be fully/part qualified in a professional qualification
  • Should possess 3 + years of work experience in handling customer relations and administrative tasks
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal is essential
  • Experience in handling a CRM would be an added advantage
  • Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications
  • Should be well organised, able to prioratise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must be solutions driven
  • Candidate should possess strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Must always ensure accuracy of information and maintain confidentiality
