Assistant Manager – Customer Relations

Responsibilities

Oversee the functions of the Listings Department
Motivate and manage the team

Requirements

Candidate should be between 30 - 40 years
Should be a Degree or Diploma holder or be fully/part qualified in a professional qualification
Should possess 3 + years of work experience in handling customer relations and administrative tasks
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal is essential
Experience in handling a CRM would be an added advantage
Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications
Should be well organised, able to prioratise tasks and meet deadlines
Must be solutions driven
Candidate should possess strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
Must always ensure accuracy of information and maintain confidentiality
