Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to make sure certain periodic marketing activities are executed smoothly (Execution of 'For Sale Board', Execution of hoardings, passing on sales leads acquired by marketing channels etc)
Coordinate with internal departments such as listings, sales etc to make sure that the marketing activities are aligned with the company objectives
Manage the Press ad process and execute press ads by coordinating with relevant stakeholders
Coordinate with the Finance departments to process payments to vendors
Obtaining quotations and getting relevant approvals for marketing executions
Coordinate all printing related matters with relevant agencies
Coordinate with relevant agencies to set up offline events such as stalls, merchandise etc.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather certain data (Example – coordinate with sales to get the number of calls generated through press ads)
Maintain and update certain data sheets periodically (example - MoM website visits, No. of leads from digital ads)
Responsible for measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
Excellent communication & Organizational skills
Willingness to learn and understand customer behavior of relevant customer segments to deliver effective communications
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders
Comfortable in handling multiple projects and meeting set deadlines
Bachelors degree in marketing or similar qualification will be an added advantage
