Manager – Property Management
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for driving the department as an independent SBU and supporting business growth through revenue generation.
  • Maintaining the existing client base by ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prospecting for new clients and overseeing the onboarding process.
  • Overlooking all the functionalities of the department.
  • Driving the team to achieve the targets set and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal is essential.
  • 5+ years of experience in a property management role is mandatory.
  • Experience in customer service and business development is necessary.
  • Should possess good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and experience in managing a team is a prerequisite.
  • Should be familiar with the use of MS Office applications.
  • An academic or professional qualification in property management would be an advantage.
