Executive Coordinator

Responsibilities

Assisting with planning related activities ranging from developing project management plans to formulating strategies,plans and budgets
Assisting with the timely execution of plans; assigning of tasks to team members with timely follow ups to ensure delivery deadlines are met
Inter-departmental coordination and monitoring including assigning of tasks to relevant teams and ensuring that delivery deadlines are met at department level
Maintaining records, updating documents and generating reports
Carrying out general administrative duties

Requirements

Candidate should be between 25 - 30 years of age
Should be part qualified in CIM/CIMA ,or be enrolled in a Marketing/Management programme offered by a recognised Institute or University
Should possess 3 – 5 years of experience in administrative, marketing, coordination or a PA role, or worked in a project
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and a working knowledge of Sinhala accompanied by good presentation skills is essential
Experience in handling a CRM will be an added advantage
Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications
Outstanding interpersonal skills is a prerequisite
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time to meet deadlines is mandatory
Must be detail oriented, ensure accuracy of information and demonstrate sound work ethic
A flexible, proactive and assertive personality prepared to work under pressure
