Executive Coordinator
  • Assisting with planning related activities and the timely execution of plans; assigning of tasks to team members with timely follow ups to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
  • Inter-departmental coordination and monitoring including assigning of tasks to relevant teams and ensuring that delivery deadlines are met at department level.
  • Maintaining records, updating documents and generating reports.
  • Carrying out general administrative duties.
  • Candidate should be between 30 - 45 years of age .
  • Should be fully/part qualified in CIM/CIMA or be enrolled in a Marketing/Management programme offered by a recognised institute/university or hold a qualification in Business Administration / Secretarial studies.
  • Should possess 5 - 8+ years of experience in administrative, marketing, coordination or a PA role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and a working knowledge of Sinhala accompanied by good presentation skills is essential.
  • Experience in handling a CRM will be an added advantage.
  • Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills are a prerequisite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time to meet deadlines is mandatory.
  • Must be detail-oriented, ensure accuracy of information and demonstrate sound work ethic.
  • A flexible, proactive and assertive personality prepared to work under pressure.
