Requirements
The candidate should be a presentable and outgoing individual between 30 - 45 years of age.
Should be fully/part qualified in CIMA/ACCA/CIM or hold an MBA or MSc. in Management or a related professional qualification from a recognized University/Institution.
Should possess 3-5 years of experience in a senior client servicing role, in a global bank handling HNIs.
Awareness of macro and micro economic factors and their impact on the real estate market is required.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and a working knowledge of Sinhala is essential.
Should be proficient in the use of MS Office Applications.
Outstanding interpersonal skills are a prerequisite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time in order to meet deadlines is mandatory.
Must be detail-oriented, ensure accuracy of information and demonstrate sound work ethic
