Business Development Manager
  • Acquisition of new leads through networking, prospecting and onboarding of new clients.
  • Managing and servicing the existing client base and generating more business opportunities.
  • Liaising with bankers, valuers, lawyers and quantity surveyors to bring in new business.
  • Connecting with prestigious brands for brand collaboration opportunities.
  • The candidate should be a presentable and outgoing individual between 30 - 45 years of age.
  • Should be fully/part qualified in CIMA/ACCA/CIM or hold an MBA or MSc. in Management or a related professional qualification from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Should possess 3-5 years of experience in a senior client servicing role, in a global bank handling HNIs.
  • Awareness of macro and micro economic factors and their impact on the real estate market is required.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and a working knowledge of Sinhala is essential.
  • Should be proficient in the use of MS Office Applications.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills are a prerequisite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time in order to meet deadlines is mandatory.
  • Must be detail-oriented, ensure accuracy of information and demonstrate sound work ethic
  • A flexible, proactive and assertive personality prepared to work under pressure.
