Brand Manager
Responsibilities
  • Analyse the target market of Acquest and provide effective suggestions to formulate marketing plans.
  • Lead insight-driven planning and marketing programs by working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the objectives and goals of the company.
  • Setting marketing objectives, preparing the marketing budget and developing and initiating marketing strategies that will align with overall commercial strategy.
  • Plan and execute brand strategy and go-to-market campaigns to fortify the brand in the hearts and minds of consumers and other stakeholders.
  • Support growth of the company through development and management of sustained awareness and education programs aimed at internal and external audiences.
  • Monitoring all marketing budgets, measuring the performance of marketing campaigns, and complying with the organisational standards and policies.
  • Prepare the marketing activity calendar for the year and make sure the agreed activities are executed on time.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders in planning and implementing marketing activities.
  • Liaise with external teams – creative agency, media agency, activation agency and PR agencies on brand activities.
  • Identify marketing opportunities and execute them with utmost quality.
  • Take on full responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in brand marketing or a client management role in an advertising agency.
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputed institute or similar qualification in marketing.
  • Prior experience in delivering insight-based consumer communications.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking capability.
  • Willingness to learn and understand customer behaviour of relevant customer segments.
