Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

Assist with the functions of the Listings Department
Coordinate with internal teams
Cold calling prospects, following up on Leads and Data Entry

Requirements

Candidate should be between 25 - 35 years of age
Should be part qualified/enrolled in an academic/professional programme offered by a recognised Institute or University
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role is necessary
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is essential
Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications
Experience in handling a CRM is a prerequisite
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time to meet deadlines is mandatory
Must be detail oriented, ensure accuracy of information and demonstrate sound work ethic
Should be a good team player
